国务院近日公布的《城市生活无着的流浪乞讨人员救助管理办法》将于8月1日正式实施,相关实施细则也已制定,据媒体报道的情况来看,各地实际上已经进入操作阶段,原来的收容站纷纷拆除了窗户上的铁栏杆,房门也改为家居式的防盗门;水泥通铺也已被全部打掉,取而代之的是单人床;地面全部铺上了光亮的瓷砖;站内增设了餐厅、阅览室,并配有不锈钢桌椅和彩电。由于救助站各方设施齐全,导致不少接受救助的人,不愿回家,把救助站当成了自己的家。
