目的 对青光眼滤过术后早期 (2周内 )高眼压的病例 ,应用透明质酸酶结膜下注射观察注射后疗效。方法 将 18例 18眼青光眼滤过术后早期高眼压的病例分 2组 ,治疗组 11例 11眼 ,给予结膜下注射透明质酸酶 75 0 IU ,隔日 1次 ,一般 2～ 3次 ;对照组 7例 7眼 ,给予降眼压药物治疗。结果 治疗组 11眼中 10眼眼压控制良好 ,1例加用适利达眼液眼压正常 ,滤过泡形成弥散隆起 ,所有病例视野与术前比较基本保持不变 ,视力基本不变或增减 1行。结论 透明质酸酶在治疗青光眼滤过术后早期高眼压方面有良好的疗效 ,改善了青光眼滤过术的预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of injection of hyaluronidase subconjunctival injection in the early stage of glaucoma filtration (2 weeks) with intraocular hypertension. Methods Eighteen eyes of 18 eyes with glaucoma were divided into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 11 eyes and 11 eyes. The subconjunctival injection of hyaluronidase 75 0 IU was given every other day, usually 2 ~ 3 times. Control group, 7 cases of 7 eyes, given intraocular pressure medication. Results In the treatment group, the intraocular pressure of 10 eyes was well controlled in 10 eyes. In 1 case, the intraocular pressure (IOP) was normalized and the bleb formed diffuse bulge. The visual field of all cases remained basically unchanged or increased Minus one line. Conclusion Hyaluronidase has a good curative effect in the treatment of glaucoma after early high intraocular pressure and improve the prognosis of glaucoma filtration.
