学习的最佳状态应该是人在学习过程中所表现出的主动性,人的内在心理因素和外在学习氛围又是形成学习主动性的必要条件。高校的体育教师更应该重视这种内外条件的把握和创造,在教学中细致把握学生的心理活动过程,合理地运用“知、情、意”等心理因素中的第一印象效用、记忆与表象的联动机制,营造出和谐的教学氛围,引导学生学会思考,以积极的心态、实际有效的意志行动处理问题,进而提升在校大学生的综合素质,实现育人的教育目标。
