我国生态经济现阶段研究新进展贲克平周宝英整理(中国社会科学院农村所)1992年10月,中国生态经济学会在安徽省马鞍山市召开第三届学术讨论会,针对现阶段我国生态经济理论与实践中的各种问题展开热烈研讨,现将该会上的主要学术观点分述如下:1我国生态经济学发展和有待深入研究的问题1.1关于我国生态经济学的发展我国的生态经济学经过近一年的研究,取得了很大的成绩:(1)大大改变了人们对客观世界的看法,使多数人认识到“经济和生态是一个不可分割的整体。在生态遭到破坏的世界里是不可能有福利和财富的。”(2)使人们认识到传统经济学的错误导向致使人类在自然界造成了大笔大笔的“赤字财政”;认识到自然资源同其它任何产品一样是人类最必不可少的资产,而这一资产并非是取之不尽的;认识到人与自然是不可对立的,必须由“征服自然”转向“与自然协调发展”。(3)拓宽了生产、消费、交换及价值的范畴,使它们由狭窄的纯“经济”术语演变成“生态经济”术语,从而初步表明了生产的广泛性、消费的多样性、交换的复杂性以及价值的多向性,由此更新了人们的生产观、需求观以及价值观。(4)将再生产概念扩展为自然再生产与经济再生产的复合,由此将经济平衡思想上升到生态经济平
