Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fat (EHF) is an acute infectious disease caused by Hantaan Virus (HV), which is the main clinical manifestation of fever, hemorrhage and renal damage. Over the years, domestic and foreign scholars have been devoting themselves to the research on the pathogenesis of EHF. They have successively put forward the theory of virus direct action, hypothalamic encephalitis theory, diffuse intravascular coagulation theory and neurohumoral fluid theory. With the development of clinical immunology, and began to explore the pathogenesis of immune disease. Now there is considerable evidence that the disease is a viral infection as a starting factor to the immune response as the main part of the disease
