随着社会主义经济水平的不断前进和发展,在我国企业不断进步的过程中,企业管理占有极为重要的地位,尤其是人力资源的管理受到人们越来越多的关注。国有企业的人力资源管理的发展过程中,传统的人力资源管理模式逐渐不能适应企业在发展过程中的需要,柔性化管理模式越来越多的运用到企业中去。本文通过对柔性化管理模式进行全面的了解和掌握,结合实际情景,针对国有企业人力资源管理的特点,对柔性化管理模式的运用提出参考意见。
With the continuous advancement and development of the socialist economy, in the process of continuous improvement of the enterprises in our country, the management of enterprises occupies an extremely important position. In particular, the management of human resources is receiving more and more attention. In the process of human resource management of state-owned enterprises, the traditional mode of human resource management can not meet the needs of enterprises in the process of development gradually. The flexible management mode is more and more applied to enterprises. In this paper, a comprehensive understanding of the flexible management mode and grasp, combined with the actual situation, in view of the characteristics of human resource management in state-owned enterprises, the use of flexible management model for reference.
