笔者在冬季,采用纸箱土法加温培育平菇一、二级菌种,取得了较好效果,现简介如下:(一)培养一级种取一个长×宽×高为38×22×20cm 的纸箱,底部垫棉絮,上放容量为2000ml 的瓷制焐壶,壶上用棉絮垫平再盖一块硬纸板,在板上垫一个棉垫。横放一支温度计,上放20×200mm 试管三层共36支。每隔24小时换热水一次,试管上下倒个,这样温度能保持在35～26℃,7～10天菌丝可满管。
