本文研究了 In(Ⅲ)-BPR-Zeph-SCMC 体系的显色反应。在 pH=4.0的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,在 SCMC存在下,In(Ⅲ)与 BPR 和 Zeph 形成蓝紫色胶束络合物.最大吸收波长为640nm.其摩尔吸光系数ε640nm=8.0×10~4.其组成:In(Ⅲ):BPR:Zeph=1:2:2.在0—50μg In/50ml 范围内符合比尔定律。初步讨论了胶束络合物增敏机理.试用于纯铅和锡中微量铟的测定,结果尚称满意.
In this paper, the color reaction of In (Ⅲ) -BPR-Zeph-SCMC system was studied. The In (Ⅲ) forms blue-violet micellar complex with BPR and Zeph in acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution of pH = 4.0 in the presence of SCMC.The maximum absorption wavelength is 640nm.The molar absorptivity ε640nm = 8.0 × 10 ~ 4. Its composition: In (Ⅲ): BPR: Zeph = 1: 2: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-50μg In / 50ml. The mechanism of sensitization of micellar complexes was preliminarily discussed, and the determination of trace indium in pure lead and tin was tested. The results are still satisfactory.
