胃癌的发生发展是一个涉及多基因多步骤的复杂过程。随着研究的不断深入,人们开始关注DNA 甲基化这种表遗传学修饰方式在胃癌发生过程中的作用。DNA的异常甲基化通过影响基因转录,促基因突变,增加染色体结构的不稳定性等多方面促进胃癌的发生发展。随着DNA甲基化研究的不断深入,甲基化的检测技术也不断革新。基因启动子甲基化已经作为一种重要的肿瘤生物学标志被应用于胃癌的临床诊断,甲基化制剂作为抗肿瘤药物也逐步应用于临床。
The development of gastric cancer is a complex process involving multiple genes and multi-steps. With the deepening of research, people began to pay attention to DNA methylation epigenetic modification of the way in the process of gastric cancer. Aberrant methylation of DNA can promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by affecting gene transcription, promoting gene mutation and increasing the instability of chromosome structure. With the deepening of DNA methylation research, methylation detection technology is constantly innovating. Gene promoter methylation has been used as an important tumor biomarker in the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methylation agents are also gradually applied as clinical anti-tumor drugs.
