温委办发[2011]134号各县(市、区)委、人民政府,市直属有关单位:为认真贯彻党的十七届五中全会和市委十届十一次全会精神,全面落实《关于进一步加强新形势下农村精神文明建设工作的意见》(中办发[2010]39号)、浙江省《关于加强农村精神文明建设的意见》(浙委办[2010]8号)要求,切实加强农村精神文明建设,现结合温州实际,提出如下实施意见。
Wen Wei Ban [2011] No. 134 All counties (cities, districts) committees and people’s governments and municipal directly affiliated units: In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the Tenth Plenary Session of the Tenth Municipal Committee, Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Rural Spiritual Civilization in the New Situation "(Zhongbanfa [2010] No. 39) and the Zhejiang Provincial Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Spiritual Civilization (Zhejiang Committee Office [2010] No.8) Strengthen the building of spiritual civilization in rural areas, are combined with the actual Wenzhou, put forward the following implementation advice.
