应用多普勒超声检测糖尿病66例132眼视网膜血流速度。糖尿病的视网膜中央动脉血流收缩期峰速度(PSV),舒张末期速度(EDV)和加速度(A)比对照眼明显减慢(P<0.001)。PSV和EDV与血糖浓度呈正相关(r=0.2781,P<0.05;r=0.3822,P<0.01)。在PSV、EDV和A三项测定中有糖尿病眼底改变眼视网膜血流速度比无视网膜改变眼明显减慢(P<0.001)。病程在10年以上眼血流速度比病程在1年内的眼减慢(P<0.02,P<0.02,P<0.05),而中央静脉的血流速度加快(P<0.05)。
Doppler ultrasound was used to detect retinal blood flow in 66 eyes of 66 diabetic patients. Diastolic peak velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV) and acceleration (A) of central retinal artery blood flow in diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in the control eyes (P <0.001). PSV and EDV were positively correlated with blood glucose concentration (r = 0.2781, P <0.05; r = 0.3822, P <0.01). In PSV, EDV, and A, there was a significant decrease in ocular retinal blood flow velocity in diabetic retinopathy compared with those without retinal changes (P <0.001). The ocular blood flow rate was slower than that with one course of disease over a period of 10 years (P <0.02, P <0.02, P <0.05), while the central venous blood flow accelerated .05).
