绩效考核是指企业管理者为企业的良好运行及发展树立一定的战略目标,并以战略目标为指导,制定一系列的针对企业员工的考核制度,定期的对企业员工进行考核,并对考核结果进行分析,再制定一系列的对员工的引导计划,帮助员工实现工作行为的规范化以及工作业绩的进步。因此,构建有效的绩效考核体系并将其应用到实际的企业运营中十分重要。本文中,笔者对目前我国绩效考核体系的构建及应用中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了关于构建有效的绩效考核体系及进行有效应用的建议。
Performance appraisal refers to the managers of enterprises for the good operation and development of enterprises to establish a strategic goal, and strategic objectives as a guide, to develop a series of assessment system for employees, regular assessment of the employees, and assessment results Analysis, and then develop a series of guidance programs for employees to help employees achieve the standardization of work practices and work performance improvement. Therefore, it is very important to construct an effective performance appraisal system and apply it to actual business operations. In this paper, the author analyzes the problems in the construction and application of our current performance appraisal system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to build an effective performance appraisal system and how to apply it effectively.
