本文以唐山发电厂9号炉的实际运行数据与设计计算之间存在的差距,讨论“煤粉固态排渣锅炉热力计算方法(草案)”中的问题。作者认为:锅炉总体热力计算基本上是符合实际运行工况的;对流过热器的计算方法是符合实际的;屏式过热器的计算吸热量偏大;减温水量过大的原因是炉膛实际吸热量小于计算吸热量,从而破坏了蒸发受热面和过热器系统之间吸热量的计算比例。
In this paper, the actual operation of the No.9 furnace in Tangshan Power Plant and the gap between the design and calculation of the existing problems, discuss the “pulverized coal solid state boiler slag heat calculation method (draft)” in the problem. The author thinks: the overall thermal calculation of the boiler is basically in line with the actual operating conditions; the calculation method of convection superheater is in line with the actual; screen superheater calculated heat absorption is too large; The amount of heat absorbed is less than the calculated amount of heat absorbed, thereby undermining the calculation of the amount of heat absorbed between the evaporating heating surface and the superheater system.
