2011年即将成为我国房地产业发生巨变的一年。刚出台的国家房地产新政,其政策影响力即将蔓延至全国各地房地产领域,其中也包括北部湾的房地产市场,作为房地产市场主体的房地产商们,其面临的发展形式不容乐观,本文试分析现有政策下北部湾房地产的发展形式,在此基础上提出实现北部湾房地产开发可持续性发展的合理思路,对北部湾房地产开发商具有现实意义。
