由于瑞士球在练习中的不稳定支撑与游泳运动员在水中的用力方式相近,从而能有效地发展运动员核心部位的训练,因此它作为新型练习手段而逐渐被我国游泳队所采用。本文针对泳姿的不同,介绍在运动员核心部位训练中瑞士球的一些练习手段。
Due to the unsteady support of swiss ball in practice and the similar force exerted by swimmers in the water, it can effectively develop the training of athletes’ core parts. Therefore, it is gradually adopted by our country as a new training method. In this paper, different swimming styles, the introduction of some of the training methods in the training of Swiss ball in the core of athletes.
