目的探究清凉油外敷对延长Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠尾静脉留置针固定时间的作用。方法将课题实验中的100只SD大鼠随机分为两组,即对照组和改良组,两组大鼠均采用相同的方法进行单侧尾静脉穿刺置管。对照组采用医用胶布传统方法固定即可;改良组在对照组基础上,将清凉油均匀的涂抹于医用胶布和留置针表面,分别观察记录两组大鼠尾静脉留置针的留置时间。结果对照组SD大鼠尾静脉留置针留置时间为(7.05±6.34)h,改良组SD大鼠尾静脉留置针的留置时间为(90.36±27.42)h,两组留置时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良后的固定方法操作更加简便快捷,安全可靠,能够有效的延长尾静脉留置针的留置时间,为动物实验静脉留置针的使用提供了新方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of cool oil on prolongation of tail vein indwelling time in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Methods 100 SD rats in the experiment were randomly divided into two groups, control group and modified group. The rats in both groups were treated by unilateral tail vein catheterization. The control group was fixed by the traditional method of medical adhesive tape. On the basis of the control group, the modified group was evenly spread on the surface of the medical adhesive tape and the indwelling needle, and the indwelling time of the tail vein indwelling needle was observed and recorded respectively. Results The retention time of the tail vein indwelling needle in the control group was (7.05 ± 6.34) h, and that in the tail vein of the modified group was (90.36 ± 27.42) h. The difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The modified method is simpler, faster, more safe and more reliable. It can effectively prolong the indwelling time of tail vein indwelling needle and provide a new method for the use of intravenous indwelling needle in animal experiments.
