课堂管理是教师协调课堂内的各种人际关系,实现预定教学目标的过程。通过对课堂教学管理与结构、课堂气氛与类型等相关概念进行解读,文章分析了当前中学课堂管理存在的问题,即教师放任型的领导方式,课堂管理基本能力的缺失,教学过程与学生心理特点存在矛盾。同时,文章提出课堂管理策略的具体运用:第一,建构积极的课堂气氛;第二,优化课堂教学环境与教学过程管理。
Classroom management is the process by which teachers coordinate various interpersonal relationships in the classroom and achieve the predetermined teaching goal. Through the interpretation of related concepts of classroom teaching management and structure, classroom atmosphere and type, the article analyzes the existing problems in current classroom management of middle school, that is, the leading style of teachers’ indulgence, the lack of basic ability of classroom management, the teaching process and the psychological characteristics of students There are conflicts.
