目的对2014-2015年期间黑龙江省食品风险监测分离的大肠埃希氏菌进行致病型别分析。方法应用多重食源性致病菌核酸检测系统(Patho MPSTM),将多重PCR体系扩增与全自动毛细管电泳检测模块相结合进行检测。结果大肠埃希氏菌毒力基因分布与血清型分布不一致,2014-2015年间黑龙江省分离的致泻性大肠埃希氏菌致病型别以EPEC和EAEC为主。结论除了基本的菌种鉴定和血清型分型,毒力基因鉴定以及在此基础上的致病性分型,有更重要的现实意义。
Objective To analyze the pathogenic type of Escherichia coli isolated from food risk monitoring in Heilongjiang Province during 2014-2015. Methods The multiple pathogenic bacteria nucleic acid detection system (Patho MPSTM) was used to detect multiplex PCR amplification combined with automatic capillary electrophoresis detection module. Results The distribution of virulence genes of Escherichia coli was not consistent with the distribution of serotypes. The pathogenic types of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli isolated in Heilongjiang Province during 2014-2015 were mainly EPEC and EAEC. Conclusion In addition to the basic identification of strains and serotypes, virulence genes identified on the basis of pathogenicity, there is more important practical significance.
