随着生物教学的改革和发展,各地中小学的生物实验仪器、标本和挂图数量不断增加。如何更好地管理,以延长使用寿命,更好地服务于生物教学,下面谈几点作法。 (一)春季保管 1.随着气温的上升,仪器标本室的窗户要定期打开;对实验仪器及时加油保管,以防生锈;对剥制标本(鸟类、禽兽等)要加放樟脑球,以防虫柱;对浸制标本要检查是否有变质现象,如发现变质或药液变浑浊,应立即更换药液;对教学挂图应经常取出室外晾晒半小时左右,不宜时间过长,以防褪色。
