针对不带电子快门的帧转移型面阵CCD成像探测器,提出了一种全新的,通过驱动时序控制CCD曝光时间的方法。基于Sarnoff公司的高性能背照式帧转移型面阵CCD传感器,通过软件控制驱动时序信号,将一帧之内多余时间段的电荷迅速排放掉。在系统帧频为100 fps时,测量了曝光时间分别为2、4、6,9.96 ms(全曝光)条件下CCD的输出信号幅值变化情况,并利用Matlab对连续输出100帧图像的平均灰度值进行分析计算。结果表明:该方法有效地实现了CCD曝光时间的控制,且仅通过软件调节,易于实现,可以广泛应用于不带电子快门的帧转移型面阵CCD成像器件。
Aiming at frame-shifting area array CCD imaging detector without electronic shutter, a new method of controlling CCD exposure time by driving timing is proposed. Based on Sarnoff’s high-performance back-illuminated frame-shift CCD sensor, the software drives the timing signals to quickly discharge excess charge within one frame. When the frame rate of the system is 100 fps, the amplitude of the output signal of the CCD is measured under the conditions of exposure time of 2, 4, 6, 9.96 ms (full exposure) respectively.
