笔者认为体验式德育是小学德育工作的一个重大突破口。体验能增强德育内容对学生的吸引力和有效性。体验式德育是指组织和引导学生亲身实践,将学生的实践经验内化为行为习惯,把做人做事的基本道理内化为健康的心理品格,进而完成优良道德品质的塑造。基于体验式德育和生活即教育、社会即学校的教育理念,笔者所在的陈铮名优班主任工作室进行了基于生活的小学生百项微活动课程实践研究,工作室成员编制并实施了小学德育微活动方案。笔者拟撰写此文阐述基于生活的小学生百项微活动课程的理论基础、重要性及实施途径。
I think experiential moral education is a major breakthrough in primary school moral education. Experience can enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of moral education to students. Experiential moral education refers to organizing and guiding students to practice themselves, to internalize students’ practical experience into behavior habits, to internalize the basic truths of doing things to healthy mental characters, and then to complete the shaping of excellent moral qualities. Based on experiential moral education and life-based education, the social concept of school-based education, the author’s Chen Yuan’s class teacher’s workshop conducted a study on the life-based primary school students’ 100 micro-activity courses. The studio members compiled and implemented the primary school moral education micro-activities Program. The author intends to write this article to elaborate on the basis of life-based primary school students hundred micro-activity curriculum, the importance and implementation of ways.
