目的:研究2007年~2011年杭州地区食品中分离的单核细胞增生李斯特菌的血清型别与脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型状况,建立区域PFGE数据库,为该菌的分子流行病学研究和食源性疾病溯源提供支持。方法:对56株单核细胞增生李斯特菌进行血清鉴定和PFGE分型,采用BioNumerics软件分析聚类关系。结果:56株菌分为5个不同的血清型和24个PFGE带型。1/2a(51.79%)和1/2c(30.36%)是优势血清型。P12是优势PFGE型别(16.07%)。结论:杭州地区的单核细胞增生李斯特菌分子型别呈现多态性,用2种酶切综合分析能更好地了解单核细胞增生李斯特菌的遗传相关性及流行病学特征。
OBJECTIVE: To study the molecular typing of PFGE isolated from Listeria monocytogenes in foodstuffs from 2007 to 2011 in Hangzhou, and to establish a regional PFGE database for the molecular epidemiology of the bacteria Support for the study of disease and traceability of foodborne diseases. Methods: 56 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were identified by serum and PFGE typing, and the clustering relationship was analyzed by BioNumerics software. Results: 56 strains were divided into 5 different serotypes and 24 PFGE bands. 1 / 2a (51.79%) and 1 / 2c (30.36%) were predominant serotypes. P12 is the dominant PFGE type (16.07%). Conclusion: The genotypes of Listeria monocytogenes in Hangzhou showed polymorphism, and the genetic correlation and epidemiological characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes could be better understood by two kinds of enzyme digestion comprehensive analysis.
