在对振动和内耗理论进行分析的基础上 ,设计并研制出弹体药室容积音频检测仪。利用该检测仪能同时给出弹体在脉冲激振条件下的两个音频参数———共振频率和内耗值 ,进而预测出弹体药室容积 ,实现生产线上的逐件在线检测
Based on the analysis of vibration and internal friction theory, the projectile chamber volumetric audio detector is designed and developed. By using this detector, the two audio parameters of the projectile under the condition of pulse excitation, such as the resonance frequency and the internal friction value, can be given simultaneously to predict the body volume of the projectile and to realize on-line piece-by-piece inspection on the production line
