目的 :探讨脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)V波反应阈识别伪聋的价值。方法 :对 2 2 5例耳外伤者及 6 0例正常人进行BAEP及纯音听力测定。结果 :6 0例正常人V波反应阈F10~ 2 0dB ,相当于其客观听阈。 2 2 5例耳外伤者主观听阈与估测听阈符合 16 1例 ,其中听力正常 5 3例 (2 4% ) ,听力下降 10 8例(48% ) ;二者明显不符合考虑伪聋 6 4例 (2 8% )。结论 :BAEP与纯音测听相结合 ,能准确识别伪聋 ,评估出较为客观真实的听力状况。
Objective: To investigate the value of VAV response threshold of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in identifying deafness. Methods: Two hundred and fifty-five cases of ear trauma and 60 normal subjects were examined by BAEP and pure tone audiometry. Results: 60 normal subjects V wave response threshold F10 ~ 20dB, equivalent to its objective hearing threshold. The subjective hearing thresholds and estimated hearing thresholds of 2 25 cases of ear trauma were consistent with 16 1 cases, of which 53 (24%) had normal hearing and 108 (48%) had hearing loss; Example (28%). Conclusion: BAEP combined with pure tone audiometry can accurately identify false deafness and evaluate more objective and realistic hearing conditions.
