利用网络科学技术刻画中医理论有助于中药配伍研究的现代化和程序化。该文通过药对网络表示药物之间的直接作用关系,然后分析该网络的社团特征与血气功效的映射关系,最后以方剂为桥梁研究了血气理论在药对网络上的网络表达。研究发现,药对网络具有强的社团结构特征,每个社团由一系列关联紧密的药对组成。社团在药对功效上具有明显的理血和理气功效的相斥性,即同一个社团基本不会同时出现理血功效的药对和理气功效的药对,或者二者均不出现。由此将药对网络所涉及的386个单味中药划分成3类社团:理血(B)社团、理气(Q)社团和灰色社团。把262首方剂依次映射在这3类社团上的统计结果表明,如果一个方剂包含Q社团单味中药,那么它以99.84%的概率也包含B社团的单味中药;同时包含B和Q社团单味中药的方剂数量为140首。因此,对于一个方剂所包含的单味药物满足“有Q就有B,有B未必有Q”的规律,这个数值规律完全吻合中医的血气理论:理气必理血,理血未必理气(出血若因外伤或血热,那么理气就会加重出血)。一方面该文寻找到具有高辨识度的宏观网络数值特征,可以为判断新方剂合理性提供网络数值参考;另一方面论文从数值分析的角度证明了人体血与气的关系。
Using network science and technology to depict the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful for the modernization and proceduralization of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility study. This paper expounds the direct relationship between the drugs through the network and then analyzes the mapping relationship between the social characteristics of the network and the blood gas effect. The statistical results of mapping 262 prescriptions in turn on these 3 types of associations show that if a prescription contains Q single Chinese medicine, it also contains the single Chinese medicine of the B group with a probability of 99.84%, and contains both the B and Q associations The number of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine is 140.
