女性盆腔动脉系统是一个庞大且复杂的动脉系统,其研究方法几经发展,主要分为尸体研究和在体研究两个阶段。传统的尸体解剖因尸体量有限而无法开展大规模研究,X线、B超等则因成像不清晰等问题而逐渐被更为先进的磁共振血管造影、CT血管造影所取代。近几年迅速发展的三维重建技术借助能够三维成像的优势成为研究盆腔动脉系统的最佳方法。女性盆腔动脉系统存在较多的种族差异和个体变异,而且因生育情况不同而有所改变,研究女性盆腔动脉系统对诊断盆腔疾病、指导手术和行子宫动脉栓塞术等有重要意义。
Female pelvic artery system is a large and complex arterial system, its research methods have been developed, mainly divided into two stages of cadaver research and in vivo studies. Because of the limited amount of dead bodies, the traditional autopsy can not carry out large-scale research. X-ray and B-ultrasound are gradually replaced by more advanced magnetic resonance angiography and CT angiography because of unclear imaging. In recent years, the rapid development of three-dimensional reconstruction technology with the advantages of three-dimensional imaging to become the best way to study the pelvic artery system. Female pelvic artery system has more racial difference and individual variation, but also because of different childbearing conditions have changed, the study of pelvic artery system in women is of great significance in the diagnosis of pelvic disease, guiding surgery and uterine artery embolization.
