农业部直属事业单位自2012年开始推行绩效管理试点工作,有效推动了事业单位发展。由于我国绩效管理工作起步较晚,处于探索阶段,在实施运行过程中存在一定问题。针对这些问题,探求通过进一步优化指标设置、强化结果运用、完善评估的方式,改善绩效管理工作,旨在为政府相关部门深入推进绩效管理工作提供借鉴。
The institutions directly under the Ministry of Agriculture have carried out performance management pilot projects since 2012, effectively promoting the development of public institutions. Because of our performance management started late, in the exploration stage, there are some problems in the implementation of the operation. In response to these problems, we seek to improve the performance management by further optimizing the setting of indicators, enhancing the use of results, improving the assessment methods, and improving the performance management, which is intended to provide reference for the relevant government departments to further promote performance management.
