本文报道了国产麻黄苯丙酮(Oxyfedrine)对豚鼠与犬的心脏血流动力学作用和临床疗效。麻黄苯丙酮10μg能显著增加离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉(下称冠脉)流量、心率和心肌收缩力。麻醉犬,静注麻黄苯丙酮1mg/kg,等容期心肌收缩成分缩短速度[(dP/dt)/P]加快,左心室内压(LVP)增加不显著,提示有增强心肌收缩性的作用。在麻醉开胸犬静注5mg/kg能明显增加心排血量、心率和冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力。临床观察20例冠心病患者,用无创性方法测定收缩时间间期(STI),经治疗后,心绞痛缓解,心电图有一定改善,STI也明显好转,并使窦性心动过缓者的心率提高。
This paper reports the cardiac hemodynamic effects and clinical effects of domestic ephedrine (Oxyfedrine) on guinea pigs and dogs. Ephedrine Acetylacetone 10 μg significantly increased coronary artery (coronary) flow, heart rate and myocardial contractility in isolated guinea pig hearts. Anesthetic dogs, intravenous ephedrine 1mg / kg, isovolum myocardial contractile component shortening speed [(dP / dt) / P] to speed up, left ventricular pressure (LVP) increase was not significant, suggesting increased myocardial contractility . Intravenous injection of 5mg / kg anesthesia in open-chest dogs can significantly increase cardiac output, heart rate and coronary flow, reduce coronary resistance. Clinical observation of 20 patients with coronary heart disease, noninvasive method of determining the contraction time interval (STI), after treatment, angina relief, ECG has improved, STI was also significantly improved, and increased sinus heart rate bradycardia.
