目的 :探讨肾性高血压大鼠模型 ( RH R)血浆雌二醇 ( E2 )、睾酮 ( T)含量变化与高血压的关系以及老年降压冲剂对其含量的影响。方法 :建立 RH R模型 ,随机分为 5组 ,观察 E2 ,T含量变化。结果 :RHR血浆 T浓度显著下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ,而 E2 浓度显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ;老年降压冲剂能升高血浆 T浓度 ,降低 E2 浓度。结论 :RH R高血压形成中 T,E2 可能起重要作用 ,T,E2 调节可能是老年降压冲剂降压机理之一。
Objective : To investigate the relationship between plasma estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) levels in hypertensive rat model (RH R) and hypertension and the effect of aged blood pressure granules on it. Methods: The RH R model was established and randomly divided into 5 groups. Changes in E2 and T contents were observed. RESULTS: Plasma T concentration in RHR decreased significantly (P<0.01), but E2 concentration increased significantly (P<0.01). Elderly antihypertensive granules can increase plasma T concentration and decrease E2 concentration. Conclusion : T and E2 may play an important role in the formation of hypertension in RH R. T and E2 regulation may be one of the antihypertensive mechanisms of aged blood pressure granules.
