小组合作学习的课堂组织形式弥补了大班教学的不足,一改传统教学中教师为主的局面,使更多学生参与课堂活动中,实现了学生为主的课堂教学。然而,在具体教学过程中,教师和学生却往往不得要领,使得课堂秩序混乱、课堂效率低下、流于形式者不在少数。对此,笔者有如下建议。1培养学生的合作学习技能首先,教师告诉学生学会聆听。小组合作不是坐到一堆随心所欲乱说一气,也不是总等待别人表达自己的观点,自己只做聆听者。学生除了要清楚地表达自己的观点外,也要能虚心聆听,重点关注与别人的
