患儿吴某,女,1岁半,因腹泻伴发热3日于1983年8月8日入院。大便呈粘液血使,每日7～10次。入院时体温39.8℃,脉搏130次,呼吸38次,血压100/60。精神萎靡,皮肤弹性差,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,未见出血点。心肺正常。腹部平软,肝脾未触及。实验室检查:血红蛋白11.5g,红细胞350万,自细胞18,000,中性粒细胞64%,淋巴细胞36%。粪便镜检:红细胞,白细胞30～50/高倍,粪便培养生长志贺氏Ⅰ型痢疾杆菌。尿常规正常。
Children Wu, female, 1 and a half years old, due to diarrhea with fever 3 on August 8, 1983 admitted. Stool was mucus, daily 7 to 10 times. On admission, the temperature was 39.8 ℃, pulse 130 times, breath 38 times and blood pressure 100/60. Apathetic, poor skin elasticity, skin, sclera no yellow dye, no bleeding points. Cardiopulmonary normal. Abdomen soft, liver and spleen not touched. Laboratory tests: hemoglobin 11.5g, 3.5 million red blood cells, since the cells 18,000, 64% of neutrophils, lymphocytes 36%. Stool microscopy: red blood cells, white blood cells 30 ~ 50 / high, Shigella dysentery Shigella dysenteriae growth. Urine routine normal.
