针对靖宇县白山水库移民搬迁安置以来由于诸多因素造成移民基础建设工作不配套、遗留问题较多的现状，加大了对白山水库移民遗留问题的处理力度，强化项目管理措施，从而使移民遗留问题得到了妥善的解决。
