企业文化是企业存在并发展的精神支柱 企业文化最初是在本世纪80年代初被提出来的。在我国,企业文化被人们所普遍关注只是近几年的事。 企业文化是企业以价值观念和经营管理哲学为核心的思维方式和行为规范。它包括企业的历史和传统,企业的典型人物,职业意识和职业道德等因素以及这些因素的物化表现,如环境布局、图案色彩、厂歌厂旗等等。企业文化在整个企业的生存和发展中无处不在,无时不在。它能够将员工的个性和潜能与企业的价值和利益联系起来,通过对员工信念的培养,个性的塑造,心灵的满足,精神的训练,建立起个人对企业整体的认同感和凝聚力,形成强烈的“团队精神”。
