对4Ce-2Y-TZP-20A复合陶瓷进行了单轴试样的三点、四点弯曲及圆片试样的双向弯曲试验.用Weibull二参数方程进行统计分析,用最小二乘法估计Weibull参数,利用有效面积概念从单轴试样的三点和四点弯曲数据估算圆片试样的有效面积,两者相对误差约为10%.
Three-point, four-point bending tests of the uniaxial specimens and two-way bending tests of the disc specimens were carried out on the 4Ce-2Y-TZP-20A composite ceramics.Weibull’s two-parameter equation was used for statistical analysis. The relative error between the two was about 10%.
