随着经济发展和社会进步,人力资源在社会中的作用愈加重要。对于供电公司来说,做好人力资源管理能够有效提升公司的核心竞争力,促进公司管理模式的构建,为公司创造更大价值。因此,供电企业必须做好人力资源管理工作,以适应不断变化的社会需求,促进自身的稳定发展。基于此,对供电公司人力资源管理存在的问题进行研究,并提出相关对策。
With the economic development and social progress, the role of human resources in the society becomes more and more important. For the power company, doing a good job of human resources management can effectively enhance the company’s core competitiveness, promote the construction of company management mode, to create greater value for the company. Therefore, the power supply enterprises must do a good job of human resources management to meet the changing needs of society and promote their own stable development. Based on this, the existing problems of human resource management in power supply companies are studied and relevant countermeasures are put forward.
