对25例原发性肾病综合征(PNS)病儿激素治疗前后应用高压液相技术测定25-(OH)D3,光电子吸收法测定骨粒密度(包括线密度BMCg/cm,面密度BMDg/cm2)。与正常比较,PNS治疗前的BMC、BMD及VitD3均显著下降,P<005。提示PNS有明显的骨代谢障碍,激素治疗对患儿VitD3的代谢及骨化作用也有影响。
The 25- (OH) D3 was measured by high pressure liquid phase before and after steroid treatment in 25 children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). The bone density (including linear density BMCg / cm, areal density BMDg / cm2 ). Compared with the normal, PNS before treatment, BMC, BMD and VitD3 were significantly decreased, P <005. Prompt PNS obvious bone metabolism disorders, hormone therapy VitD3 in children with the role of metabolism and ossification.
