新课程标准强调建立教师教学反思体系,教师,特别是青年教师通过教学反思,能够不断完善自己的教育理念,更新教育思维方式,改善教育行为方式。新课程标准下构建教学反思制度,是指教师在先进的教学理论指导下,借助行动研究,不断地对自己教学行为进行思考研究,通过发现问题、解决问题,追求教学过程的合理性和科学性,从而使青年教师成长为骨干教师、专家型教师的过程。
