对声光可调谐滤光器 (AOTF)及其分光系统的光学特性进行了实验研究 ,提出了提高衍射光谱纯度的有效方法 ,分析了正交双偏振方法和光电结合的调制解调方法 ,并以近红外区域水的吸收峰测量谱图为例 ,对几种分光系统的改进效果与傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的测量效果进行了对比验证。结果表明 ,两种方法均能有效地消除零级光的影响 ,但正交双偏振方法以牺牲光能利用率为代价 ,调制方法能够在不降低光能利用率的情况下提高AOTF分光系统的光谱分辨力和信噪比 ,并可以简化光路结构。
The optical properties of AOTF and its spectroscopy system are studied experimentally, and an effective method to improve the purity of the diffraction spectrum is proposed. The orthogonal dual polarization method and the optical modulation and demodulation method are analyzed. Taking the absorption spectrum of water in the near infrared region as an example, the improvement effect of several spectroscopic systems was compared with that of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that both methods can effectively eliminate the influence of zero-order light. However, at the cost of sacrificing the utilization of light energy, the method of orthogonal double polarization can improve the efficiency of the AOTF spectroscopy system without reducing the utilization of light energy Spectral resolution and signal to noise ratio, and can simplify the optical structure.
