应用灵敏度较高的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,结合尿素抑制实验.对丽斑麻蜥和山地麻蜥不同组织(如脑、肝、小肠、心肌、肾、睾丸、肌肉和眼球)中LDH同工酶的分布特征和性质进行比较研究。实验结果,两种麻蜥不同组织LDH同工酶酶谱十分相似,并具有组织器官特异性、在心肌和小肠等组织中LDH同工酶表现出一定的种间特异性。LDH同L酶对尿素抑制的敏感程度依次为LDH3>LDH2>LDH1。LDH同工酶分布特征与其生理功能和生活环境有一定关系。
Application of high sensitivity polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology, combined with urea inhibition experiments. The distribution characteristics and properties of LDH isoenzymes in different tissues (such as brain, liver, small intestine, myocardium, kidney, testis, muscle and eyeball) The results showed that LDH isoenzymes in different tissues of two species were very similar and had tissue-organ specificity. LDH isoenzymes in myocardium and small intestine showed certain interspecies specificity. The sensitivity of LDH to L-lactate to urea inhibition was LDH3> LDH2> LDH1. LDH isoenzyme distribution characteristics and their physiological function and living environment have a certain relationship.
