对高效精密分级设备──涡轮分级机的性能进行研究;从气-固两相流动力学理论出发,建立分级过程的模型;讨论了重要工作参数和结构参数对分离函数的影响。研究这些性能参数为涡轮分级机的设计和工作点的选择提供了理论依据。同时,通过实验对理论研究的结果进行了验证。
Based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow, the model of classification process is established. The influence of important working parameters and structural parameters on the separation function is discussed. The study of these performance parameters provides the theoretical basis for the design of the turbine classifier and the choice of working point. At the same time, the results of theoretical research are verified through experiments.
