在现代具有高度动态性、复杂性、不确定性的经营环境下,本文通过引入悖论来破解人力资源外包大热的趋势,通过对人力资源外包相关研究的梳理发现了人力资源外包具有双刃性,即人力资源外包对增加企业竞争优势具有显著效果,另一方面,人力资源外包是一种高风险的策略。所以本文在悖论视角下探析人力资源外包趋势,是用一种全新的、动态的视角诠释人力资源外包趋势,对企业避免经营管理误区、增加其核心竞争力具有指导意义。
In the modern business environment with high dynamics, complexity and uncertainty, this paper introduces a paradox to solve the hot trend of human resource outsourcing. By combing human resource outsourcing research, we find that human resource outsourcing has double-edged In other words, human resource outsourcing is a high-risk strategy. Therefore, this article explores human resources outsourcing trends from the perspective of paradox. It interprets human resources outsourcing trends from a new and dynamic perspective, which is instructive for enterprises to avoid misunderstandings in management and increase their core competitiveness.
