将40具完整成人尸头进行冠状位及横断位CT扫描,其中部分尸头还运用横断位CT扫描重建矢状位CT扫描,对前筛窦及其毗邻结构进行观察。结果示:根据CT扫描,可将前筛窦气房分为4组:即漏斗前筛房(出现率87.5%)、漏斗外气房(出现率82.7%)、漏斗后气房(出现率86.3%)、筛泡筛房(出现率100.0%);同时又可将前筛窦分为筛内型(出现率71.2%)和筛外型(出现率28.8%)。表明CT扫描能充分显示前筛窦气房的气化变异及其邻近结构的影像学特征。这对于提高鼻内窥镜手术的疗效,减少严重并发症的发生,具有重要的指导意义。
Forty complete adult cadaver heads were scanned with coronal and transverse CT scan. Some of the cadaver heads were also scanned with transverse CT scan to reconstruct the sagittal CT scan. The anterior ethmoid sinus and its adjacent structures were observed. The results show: According to CT scan, the anterior ethmoid air room can be divided into four groups: the funnel before the screen room (87.5% incidence), funnel outside the room (appearance rate of 82.7%), funnel after the air room (Incidence 86.3%), sieve sieve room (100.0% incidence); at the same time can be divided into the first ethmoid sieve type (71.2% incidence) and the appearance of the screen (incidence 28 .8%). Show that CT scan can fully show the vaporization of the anterior chamber sinus variability and its adjacent structures of the imaging features. This is of great guiding significance for improving the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery and reducing the occurrence of serious complications.
