胰岛素具有广泛的生物学效应,但有关其复杂机制尚未完全明瞭,本研究采用胶体金—胰岛素探针,在透射电镜下观察胰岛素与受体的结合,结合后过程及衰老对该过程的影响,从而在亚细胞水平上为阐明胰岛素的作用提供了形态学的依据。
Insulin has a wide range of biological effects, but its complex mechanism is not completely understood. In this study, the colloidal gold-insulin probe was used to observe the effect of insulin binding to receptor, the post-combination process and aging on the process. Thus at the subcellular level to clarify the role of insulin provides a morphological basis.
