党参多糖系桔梗科党参Codonopsis Pilosula(Franch)Nannf根中分离的多糖,对中枢神经系统具有明显的抑制作用。本文报告党参多糖的抗缺氧作用。实验材料党参多糖:系本所植化室提供,实验前均用蒸馏水配成所需浓度。腹腔注射给药。小鼠:由本所动物室供应,体重18～24克。雌雄均用。实验方法和结果
Codonopsis polysaccharide is a polysaccharide isolated from the Codonopsis Pilosula (Franch) Nannf root of Codonopsis pilosula, and has a significant inhibitory effect on the central nervous system.
