文章研究组织公平对报复动机的影响,以及心理契约破裂的中介作用。使用问卷调查法,通过对12个城市22家企业的349名企业员工进行两个时点的调查获得研究数据,采用层级回归分析法处理数据。研究表明:(1)程序公平、信息公平和分配公平都与报复组织显著负相关,人际公平和分配公平都与报复同事显著负相关;(2)心理契约破裂在信息公平和报复组织、分配公平和报复组织、人际公平和报复同事之间起到完全中介作用,在程序公平和报复组织、分配公平和报复同事之间起到部分中介作用。
The article studies the impact of organizational justice on the motivation of retaliation and the intermediary role of the psychological contract rupture. Using the questionnaire method, the research data were obtained through the survey of 349 enterprise employees from 22 enterprises in 22 cities in two time points, and the data were processed by the hierarchical regression analysis. The research shows that: (1) procedural fairness, fair information and fair distribution all have significant negative correlation with retaliation organization, and interpersonal fairness and fair distribution have negative correlations with retaliation colleagues; (2) psychological contract ruptures in information fairness and retaliation organization, And the revenge organization, interpersonal justice and retaliation colleagues play a complete intermediary role in the process of fair and retaliation organization, distribution of fair play and retaliation colleagues play a part of the intermediary role.
