目的:探究葛根素的中药配方颗粒制备工艺,并提出相关质量标准。方法:选取葛根粉5kg,应用水煎法进行提取,分析主要成分的出膏率、提取率;通过L9(34)正交实验分析中药配方颗粒剂制备工艺,并提出相关优化措施。结果:10倍葛根素水量、1.5h微沸回流、3次提取是葛根素的最佳提取方案。结论:采用正交试验优化后的工艺制备中药配方颗粒,有利于良好掌控质量。
Objective: To explore the preparation process of puerarin granules and to propose the relevant quality standards. Methods: The Pueraria lobata powder (5 kg) was selected and extracted by water decoction method. The extraction rate and extraction rate of the main components were analyzed. The preparation technology of traditional Chinese medicine granule was analyzed by L9 (34) orthogonal experiment and the relevant optimization measures were put forward. Results: 10 puerarin water, 1.5h micro-boiling reflux, three extraction is the best puerarin extraction program. Conclusion: The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules by orthogonal test is conducive to good quality control.
