本厂机械车间在日常加工各种钻探工具的时候,例如使用旋风切削器切削“锁接头””、“钻杆接箍”的螺纹时,过去都是使用三爪自动卡盤来装卡工件。由于工件直径在65±0.2公厘的范围内,所以三爪自动卡盤的锥形小齿轮和平面螺旋也在一定范围内磨损。日子一久,平面螺旋磨损则产生工件装卡不正或不牢等现象。一方面三爪卡盤的消耗量很大,另一方面,工人在装卡工件时的劳动强度亦非常高,因此我厂决定仿照德国六角车床自动夹头的构造,进行设计一种新式自动夹头,来代替现在的三爪卡盤。经过使用证明,这种新式自动夹头非常好用,装卡工件时又快又轻松,受到工人的
