用4-氨基安替比林测定水中的酚虽然灵敏,但仅能测总酚,不能测对位取代酚。用活性碳吸附浓缩酚后进行气相色谱测定,很难避免酚的损失和其它有机物质的干扰。作者用大孔的阴离子交换树脂吸附、丙酮洗脱、气相色谱测定酚的方法,其灵敏度可测ppb~ppm的酚、烷基酚和氯代酚。各种酚的平均回收率可达97.7%,标准差9.7%,硫酸铜、醇、萘等一般无机离子和有机物都没有干扰作用。
Determination of phenol in water with 4-aminoantipyrine is sensible, but only total phenols can be measured, and para-substituted phenols can not be measured. Adsorption of concentrated phenol by activated carbon after gas chromatography, it is difficult to avoid the loss of phenol and other organic matter interference. The authors use macroporous anion exchange resin adsorption, acetone elution, gas chromatography determination of phenol, its sensitivity can be measured ppb ~ ppm of phenol, alkyl phenol and chlorinated phenol. The average recovery of various phenols can reach 97.7%, standard deviation of 9.7%, copper sulfate, alcohol, naphthalene and other general inorganic ions and organic matter have no interference.
