目的明确干法普通过磷酸钙生产企业产生的职业病危害因素,分析和评价其危害程度,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合调查结果,对该企业产生的职业危害程度作出分析和评价。结果该厂产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、化学毒物(硫酸、氟化氢等)和噪声,粉尘检测结果合格率为80.0%,硫酸检测结果合格率为100%,氟化氢检测结果合格率为零,氟化氢作业分级为Ⅲ级(重度危害作业),工作岗位噪声检测合格率为55.6%。结论该企业采取的职业病危害防护措施不能有效地将粉尘、氟化氢等职业病危害因素控制在职业接触限值以内,应着重改善作业环境,完善防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。
Objective To clarify the occupational hazards caused by ordinary dry calcium phosphate production enterprises, analyze and evaluate their harm degree, and put forward corresponding occupational disease control measures. Methods Collecting data and data through occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and other methods, combined with the survey results, the degree of occupational hazards produced by the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this plant were dust, chemical poison (sulfuric acid, hydrogen fluoride, etc.) and noise. The passing rate of dust test was 80.0%, the pass rate of sulfuric acid test was 100%, the pass rate of hydrogen fluoride test was zero, hydrogen fluoride Assignments were classified as Grade III (Severely Hazardous Operations), and the passing rate of job post-test noise was 55.6%. Conclusion The occupational hazards prevention measures adopted by this enterprise can not effectively control occupational hazards such as dust and hydrogen fluoride within the occupational exposure limits. The emphasis should be placed on improving the working environment, improving protective measures, controlling the concentration and intensity of harmful factors and preventing the occurrence of occupational diseases .
