用电子计算机分析造影剂前缘移动平均速度和冠脉内径测定冠脉血流,发现高血压伴左室肥厚组（14例）静息时左前降支血流量和右冠脉血流速度、血流量高于血压正常对照组（26例）。注射罂粟碱后,高血压组两支血管的血流速度和血流量与对照组相似,但血流储备明显减低。因此,高血压左室肥厚患者的冠脉血流储备减低,可能与这些患者静息时冠脉血流增高有关。
